Dataport Systems Support Services PLT was formed in 2015 as a Limited Liability Partnership in Malaysia. The firm was created to formalise a function that had been operating informally for seven years prior — providing IT support to a group of professional services firms.
We began life as the in-house IT arm of Law & Associates Kuala Lumpur and Grant Thornton Law & Associates Phnom Penh, Cambodia. From 2008 onward, our founders managed every aspect of those firms' technology stacks — networks, servers, identity, security, devices, and the software running on top of them.
Today we operate as an independent MSP, but the same operational discipline applies. We treat every client's environment the way we treated those original two firms: as if downtime is not an option.
